"Yes,
maps really are that important."
Maps of Europe is a small website which plans to attempt the represent Europe through the use of maps. It is run by a small body of amatur map creators who use standard tools that anyone can attain easily and aim to create maps to educate you. We aim to teach you new things that you would never have known including the mis representation of languages by governments and main stream education. This is close to our hearts and will be a key category in our maps however we will also create a number of political maps and historical maps. We as a site welcome criticism and welcome feedback as after all we make these maps for you.
Navigation
You can navigate through our website in two ways, the first is by clicked on the Explore page through either the navigation bar of the link on the home page. You will be able to choose categories and serf key maps of major and popular interest. This is ideal for the casual visitor however if you wish to find specific maps then selecting the Map Database in the same way will send you to a page containing all maps sorted into easily identifiable categories.
Communication
Communication is key to education, we value the comments made by the passer by as much as the dedicated map guru who lucks in the corners only to show when criticising therefore we are currently creating new methods of communication so that you can discover more and we can get criticised more. We plan to create a forum however we are currently in debate on the hosting company we wish to use (we are defiantly not using weebly's). For the time being we are restricted by a simple contact form on our contact page. We promise that this will be improved.
